Andrea Carafa

Andrea Carafa currently leads the Blackstone Launchpad powered by Techstars, teaches innovation, and advises startups as entrepreneur in residence at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has been named World Economic Forum Global Shaper, contributor to the UN Science, Technology & Innovation Forum, and member of the Fast Company Impact Council. Previously, he conducted research, advised startups, created programs and initiatives, and lectured on entrepreneurship, human-centered design, and innovation at Stanford, University of Milan Bicocca, Bocconi, and CERN, among others. He also founded two technology startups and an innovation studio, and was invited as a speaker at summits hosted by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and The Economist.
